JOB DETAILS:

Travel Sales Consultant

Description:
  • Actively foster client relationships and build repeat
    clientele in order to achieve and exceed the monthly poductivity
    numbers as agreed upon with the branch general manager.

  • Serve as the liaison between client membership and travel
    providers in order to generate commissions associated with
    travel arrangements.

  • Actively work with travel providers to maintain a thorough
    knowledge base of travel opportunities available to members and
    customers.

  • Follow-up on walk-in traffic and leads generated through
    membership review in order to create opportunities to assist
    clients with all their leisure travel needs.

  • Actively cross sell other AAA products to encourage strong
    customer loyalty.

  • Deliver superior customer service at all times that is
    consistent with AAACarolinas commitment to provide members and
    customers with value, safety and total peace of mind in all
    things Automotive, Travel and Insurance.

    Requirements:

    Education, Experience, and Other Skills Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Knowledge of online booking engines.
  • Proven sales ability.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft and industry standard software.
